We stayed for four nights and truly enjoyed ourselves. We were welcomed in right away. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. There is AC in each of the bedrooms and a lovely area to lounge in front of the room. The pool is a great place to cool off in the afternoon and to chat with the other guests.

We enjoyed the apartment for almost 3 weeks. The apartments are clean and fully furnished and fully equipped. The swimming pool is very nice and if you want to snorkel you can do so because the apartment is located directly on the sea. The location of the apartments is great because the supermarket is within walking distance and mambo beach is 1.6 km away. And the pound bridge can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

What are the check-in and check-out timesThe check-in time is 04:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-outs or early check-ins can be requested prior to arrival at an additional cost (dependable to availability). Late check-outs for in-house guests can only be confirmed on the day of check-out. If you would like a late checkout until 06:00 PM, we would charge the following amount: Atlantis Beach House - Apartments: USD 50. For Atlantis Beach House - Villa: USD 75. (When the whole villa is booked the amount is USD 150) If you would like to check out after 06:00 PM, we are obliged to charge the amount of the entire night. If you would like a guaranteed late check-out prior to arrival, different charges apply.

Do I need to rent a car?The easiest way to get around the island is by car – either by taxi service or by renting a car.

Is there parking space?Yes, in front of the complex there is parking space.

Can we drink the water from the tap?Tap water on Curacao is safe to drink – it is of the finest quality. Since 1928, a seawater distillery has produced top quality drinking water for the island. It contains no chloride and little calcium, is tasteless, odorless and has a good bacteriological composition. You can fill up your recyclable bottle at the accommodation.

What is the deposit policy?A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance of 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival. For last minute bookings (14 days prior to arrival): A 100% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment must be made with credit card of travelling guest or wire transfer.

What is the cancellation policy?Due to our limited inventory, cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival: full refund. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of all estimated charges will be forfeited. Cancellations 7 days or less to arrival: 100% of all estimated charges will be forfeited. All specials are final and non-refundable. Please note that Atlantis Beach House should be notified in writing of all cancellation or changes. In case of no-show or early check-out, 100% of all estimated charges will be charged. Changes to reservation arrival and departure date(s) are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties. Changes within 30 days prior to arrival may incur a penalty. In proven case of Force Majeure, non-refundable reservations cancelled within cancellation period, will we awarded a non-refundable credit voucher valid for 12 month from original arrival date. Please be advised that testing positive for COVID-19 prior to arrival does not fall under the Force Majeure clause.
